Thanks for looking at our products and considering shopping with Polar Products. We pride ourselves on creating personalised products.

-        We don’t charge set up fees

-        We have no minimum order quantity for almost everything we offer- even our personalised group clothing ( in fact your group members can order from us direct )

-        We love helping you bring your ideas to life

 

 

I’ve placed my order- what next?

All of our products are made to order, in house or direct by our supplier. Please allow 5-7 working days from payment for us to despatch- this may be up to 2 weeks for personalised items.

If you need your items by a certain date and would like to check if this is possible please drop us an email: polarproducts@icloud.com and we would be happy to discuss.

We currently use Royal Mail for all UK orders- if you would like to purchase internationally this is possible- please drop us a message to arrange postage.

We also have options to collect locally (Nailsea)- if you choose this option we will email you when your order is complete to arrange collection.

 

Can I track my items?

We don’t offer tracking as standard on our items, however if you would like to track your item please email us and we will upgrade your postage.

 

 

Can you provide other items that are not on your website?

Absolutely- our wholesalers have many thousands of items that we have access to. If you are looking for something specific or have an idea and would like some advice please get in touch. 

 

Can you do a rush order?

Please get in touch as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on a personalised experience and will help if at all possible. We would hate to disappoint so if you do have a deadline for your items please let us know straight away.

 

Can I send you my design?

We specialise in providing products with your own custom design. It is your responsibility to ensure the design you are asking is to print does not break any copyright laws and you have the appropriate permission to use the design.

 

I have spelt something wrong- can I change it?

It is your responsibility to check the design before making payment for your item- this includes spelling and punctuation. We understand that mistakes can happen- if you find you have accidently got an element of the design wrong please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has not already been produced, we will endeavour to make the change for you. 

Orders that have already been produced or dispatched, cannot be changed or amended.


Can I return my item?

You have the right to return your order within 7 working days after the first day of delivery. The item must: not have been worn/used, be in the same condition as when received, be returned in original packaging. 

Personalised items cannot be returned unless proved to be faulty, and you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Return postage costs will not be refunded. Please obtain proof of postage when returning items.

If you receive the wrong item please get in touch and we will resolve from there whether you would like a replacement or refund.
